Registration Forms for Transfer Project and Project Coaching
Getting Connected with a Project Coach
All S-Next students are required to work on a Transfer Project, which is designed to enable them to apply the knowledge they have gained in their studies and to develop practical solutions to problems faced by industries or organizations.
The first formal step in starting a Transfer Project is to register here. Once registered, the S-Next Academic Management Team will begin the process of connecting students with a Project Coach who will work closely with them throughout their Transfer Project journey.

The Study Work
After connecting with a Project Coach and submitting the first paper of the Transfer Project (i.e., the Project Study Work), the next step to take is to work on the Study Work. The purpose of the Study Work is to clarify the theoretical foundations of the Transfer Project.
It is important to note that the Study Work is only relevant for students enrolled in the M.Sc. Business Management and M.A. Business and Organizational Psychology study programs. It is not relevant for students enrolled in the MBA or 1-year M.A. programs.

Master's Thesis and Thesis Defense
After completing and submitting the Study Work, students should register for the Master's Thesis and Thesis Defense as soon as they are ready. The Master's Thesis is the final component of the Transfer Project. It is an application-oriented scientific research paper in which the knowledge and skills acquired during the course of study are applied to a project from the student's professional environment.
The registration is ideally done 6 (six) months before the desired Thesis Defense schedule.

Group Project Session
All S-Next students are required to present their Project Study Work during a Group Project Session (GPS) before submitting it. These sessions are held monthly and conducted online.
In addition to student presentations, the GPS also serves as a forum for discussing general topics related to scientific research and project development. As such, it is a valuable opportunity not only for those presenting but also for students who are in the early stages of planning their Transfer Project. Attending the GPS allows students to gain insights, ask questions, and learn from the experiences of their peers.
Each GPS session has a limited number of five presentation slots. Students are therefore encouraged to plan their presentations well in advance and register early to secure a spot.
Additional Project Coaching Sessions
All S-Next students are entitled to 6 (six) thirty-minute project coaching sessions (+1 introductory/kick-off session) with their Project Coach during the course of their Transfer Project. In addition to these sessions, the S-Next Academic Management Team is available to assist students with questions regarding their Transfer Projects through regular Group Project Sessions (GPS) held once a month.
If students require additional individual project coaching sessions with their Project Coach, an additional fee of 100 EUR per hour applies. Students must register and pay for the additional sessions before they begin.
